Our standard production time is up to 28 working days. However, due to our annual workshop closure throughout August, orders placed during July and August will take slightly longer than usual and will be dispatched from 10th September onwards.

How can I take care of my jewel?
We recommend cleaning your personalized jewelry with a soft cloth and avoiding exposing it to chemicals or extreme temperatures. In addition, we recommend that you store your jewelery in a jewelery box or bag when you are not wearing it.
