Repairs

Damaged/ Defect upon arrival

Each piece of our jewellery is handmade and subject to an intensive quality control process before it is sent to you.  If you feel your piece has arrived damaged or defective, please submit your repair request to help@mew-jewellery.com.  A MEW team member will contact you within 3 business days **Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  Any issue with damaged or defective jewellery must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, we will be happy to correct any issues and return the item(s) to you.**

General repair policy

For all repair requests, please email help@mew-jewellery.com. Please include your original order number, contact information (name, email, phone number), a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged jewellery. A MEW team member will review the request and respond within 3 business days. No repairs will be accepted without prior return authorisation.  The customer is responsible for all necessary incurred expenses for the repair, which includes all shipping fees.  After the piece has arrived to our studio for repair, it must go through an assessment process. If the customer decides to decline an offered repair, they will still be responsible for the shipping fee for us to return the piece.
