Item Damaged/Defective Upon Receipt
All our jewelry is handmade and undergoes a rigorous quality control process before being finally shipped to each customer.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
If you believe your jewelry arrived damaged or defective, please send your repair request to help@mew-jewellery.com. A member of the MEW team will contact you within 3 business days. Once the request is approved, we will be happy to fix any issues.
General Repair Policy
For all repair requests, please send an email to help@mew-jewellery.com.
You should include your original order number, contact information (name and phone number), a description of the problem, and a photo of the damaged item.
A member of the MEW team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
Repairs without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for all necessary expenses incurred for the repair, including shipping costs.
After the item has arrived at our workshop for repair, it will undergo an evaluation process.
If the customer decides to reject an offered repair, they will still be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
